Mohamed Elsharidy—also known in the fighting game community as "Switchipede" from Street Fighter 6—is the creative force and founder behind Switchipede Games. With more than 30 years of experience in technology and over a decade in game development, Mohamed blends artistic vision, technical mastery, and real-world cybersecurity expertise to build immersive, secure, and unforgettable digital experiences.
As a game developer, he leads full-cycle projects using Unreal Engine 5, Unity 6, Blender, and Visual Studio—from scripting and 3D design to security integration and deployment. His background in indie game development, asset protection, and system design ensures every game released under the Switchipede banner is as secure as it is creative.
